Do they work together? Will Unstable allow me to “zap” with multiple LBs?

I found one other instance of this question in the forums. One person said no and another said yes!! I’m running around zapping things and I can’t quite tell because of other shock effects zapping around.

I took the shock nova off LB so I could get a better idea. Confirmed! Unstable DOES allow me to zap with multiple LBs.
