All spells have a little icon next to them that shows the elements a spell is at the moment and convertable to. Static Orb currently doesn’t have a frost icon next to it.
I couldn’t reproduce this. It does have the cold tag though?

So next to all the skills with multiple elements, like Lightning Blast which can turn into cold, there’s a little icon like a lightning bolt, a snowflake, or a flame. Static Orb has multiple elements but only the lightnint bolt icon next to it, whereas it should have a snowflake and lightning bolt like Lightning Blast does.
