Hi, i’m following a cold dot full freez build with static orb and ice barrage.
I’d like to know if I can remove all the dot aspect of this build because i hate it … And apparently you can’t play without the 143% frosbite chance on gloves.
Would this work if i remove all the frostbite/dots affixes and replace them for hit damage ? Here’s the build (i know it’s outdated) :
