Per the 0.8.5, the mage skill static received some changes increasing the scaling of damage from static charges on discharge as well as changing the damage from increasing damage of hits to generically increasing damage. With some testing I’m seeing static do the same amount of damage at 0 and 200 stacks, as well as debuffs being applied by it doing the same damage at 0 and 200 stacks.
