I was trying to organize my stash tabs by uniques, then uniques with 0lp, uniques with 1lp, etc. When I confirmed, some of my stash tabs were deleted. Now some of my stash tabs are displaying the same items in them. Before, my unique tab was full of uniques, but now it’s displaying the same items as my “General” tab.
Same here. Just got a new stash tab in one of my categories, customized it and now 90% of my tabs are broken and i cannot click on them. Only couple are available but they are for trash so same here cannot access any of my items. Restarted game several times, tried to customize available tabs to see if that would make any changes, not really it just shifts order around but thing else, also when restarting the game after logging in always stash 1 is the one that is customized and not the one i selected before, so completely broken. Reported in game and on discord, hopefully will be able to play once this is fixed soon.

Same here.
I bought a new tab. renamed it recolor and assigned priorities. I then took the priority out of the previous tabs. I searched legend and took legendaries out of the unique tabs and put them in their new legendary tab. I closed the stash and went to open a monolith. I closed the monolith and went back to the stash and they were gone. The “legend” search was still active. ended up with my unique tabs and 2 others but cannot be selected. I turned off all priorities and one unique tab changed colors and now only one is selectable. Stash tab price for new tab is like i dont have tabs i cannt select.

Same thing happened to me. Don’t know what i did but now some of the tabs are unclikable and can’t configure it. Some items swapped to another category. SCREENSHOT
it seems 2 categories merged and can’t confirm anything when i try to customize.

EDIT: Guys I found a fix and it might help you out. If you have any tabs with restrictions try unchecking all tab priorities and my tabs were restored.

same issue.
cannot even buy extra tabs
a bunch of categories got created that cannot be deleted.
some tabs cannot be configured at all. the menu does not pop up.
some tabs looks like it can be configured, but it doesn’t stick, but then the change sticks once I leave game and go back in
I have tried removing all restrictions and defaulting the colour and removed all the symbols I assigned.

I found a partial workaround for me where i was able to access most of by tabs again: I recolored the Categories. Somehow most of the missing tabs were accessible again. I think that i also could fix some stash tabs by recolouring them too but i am not hundred percent sure; does not hurt to try it IMHO.
Only Exception is The Category “General” which contains 3 inaccessible tabs. Renaming or recoloring that tab did not help and I am not able to do anything with these tabs.
I also noticed an unusual behaviour on that “broken” Category: Usually the tab selected is marked in the UI with a color animation: some blinking and then tempory changes in the brightness of lines. This markup is only applied to the selected tab. But in the case of the broken Category this markup colour animation is shown for all three tabs.
Note: I made things worse by dragging a broken tab around. This caused other previously fixed tabs to be moved into the General tab and become inaccessible again. 
IMHO this is a high prio issue which should be fixed asap.

Worked for me thanks! I removed the tab priority and magically all the tabs were fixed.
Same here , didnt have this problem until today. Decided to re-do my entire stash with colors and priorities.
Completly fucked everything up , some tabs disappeared , others displayed in random categories , some with a key icon on them , it’s a gigantic mess

Did a steam ‘verify game integrity’ along with everything else people said to do. My stash is completely unusable. There are multiple tabs that have possibly been deleted because they’re not showing up. I had 8 exalted tabs and there just gone.
A few tabs when right click to configure, do not open the configure window. So I can’t turn off the tab affinity.
My stash is unusable. Which makes the game unplayable at my point in gameplay. I’m trying to farm up exalts for the last push to Uber Abberoth. 20+ hours of farming exalts and they’re now just gone.
My character is official online CoF faction.

I found the main issue and this will 100% fix it. If your organizing your LP Items By Unique > Multiple types (Body Armor, Belts Gloves, Ect) Then setting in certain LP this will brick your stash. Uncheck any item types you have selected in the Unique option.
Then just use Rarity > Unique for and minimum LP for Now until they fix it.

In my case this was not the problem. I had no LP sorting in my stash at all. Mine corrupted randomly when adding a new stash tab or configuring a tab affinity for a specific unique “Harbinger Needles”. Was too lazy to implement a LP sorting. I have 5 tabs that can NOT be configured. The configuration never comes up, so I can’t implement this fix.
When clicking on add category, that doesn’t work. There are over a dozen tabs missing for me. And in the main window, I can’t select on any other category. I can only see my primary general tab. The quick view - navigation window, is just as borked.
