Stash search filter not matching search term

When searching for items in my stash, the game will often highlight items for which I don’t see any affix that matches the search string I’ve entered.

As one example, I was just in my stash, searched for “resistance”, and these were a couple of the items highlighted.

Am I missing something about how the search function works, or is this a bug?

The search includes affix descriptions, so shock and poison which reduce ‘resistance’ as well as vitality that gives necrotic and poison ‘resistance’ will show up, along with anything else that has that word in it somewhere.
