Stash doesn't work after interacting with NPC

I’m in council chambers where the stash is right next to Annya. If you interact with her then immediately after click on stash, it doesn’t do anything. You have to move somewhere and then interact with stash.

Edit: Actually, there just seems to be something weird with this stash. I also tried running away and back to it and cant interact with it. The only way I’ve found to actually be able to use it:

1. Chat with Annya
2. Click near stash
3. Click on stash

Any other interaction with stash seems to not work.

This happens to me too. I was, however, able to get the stash opened by spam clicking around it till it finally opened.
