After deleting one Category from the stash, all categories that where to the right of the deleted category open the wrong edit dialogue (off by one). The problem can be fixed by leaving and entering the game again.
How to reproduce:
Create 4 Categories (Cat1 to Cat4) (see Screenshot after creating categories )
Right Click on Cat2 and click “Delete Category”
Right Click on Cat3 → Edit Dialogue for Cat4 opens (see Screenshot after right clicking on Cat3 )

I believe its the same bug I got and tried to report here
and I can reproduce it using the steps you mentioned.
How to reproduce:
