SSF Offline Char gets reset to lvl 1

Hi,

Ever since the hotfix whenever I play a SSF char offline it resets that char back to lvl 1 and clears my inventory. This caused me to lose a lvl 71 Paladin and I just tried to remake him 3 times and everytime I log out and come back to the char more than 2 hours away it is reset back to lvl 1 with all of my progress and gear wiped.

This does not happen on Non-SSF chars offline.
