When transforming to Spriggan form while Silvafrond equipped, Summon Vines goes on a 7 sec. cooldown.
I understand that Silvafrond puts Summon vines on said cooldown when used but it is strange that it also applies the cd right after turning into Spriggan form

I don’t see any bug here. Silvafrond adds a 7 sec cd to summon vine and makes it a traversal skill.
That doesn’t make sense to me to be honest. Why would the cd be applied right after shapeshifting?
By that logic, both rampage and dive should be on a cooldown when turning into werebear and swarmblade, but they are instantly available.
