I believe Spriggan Form applied twice upon entering a monolith zone (even character model duplicated). Rage was constantly draining despite Rancour passive and being out of combat. As well once forced back to human form mana was constantly draining exceeding ‘normal’ negative values (see screen). I could freely enter back into Spriggan Form resetting rage back to max and would begin to degen per the aforementioned behavior. As well it appeared the combination of Spriggan Form talent Spirit Vortex + Malestrom talents windsweep and windfury were able to become perma buffs in this behavior. Good luck!
