Good morning,
While testing out a build in Spriggan form, I went to re-spec some points. Upon respecc’ing 4 or 5 points, I noticed my action bar was blank in spriggan form.
I tried to set any of my skills (preferrable spriggan form to transform out and back in) and it would not take. I logged out and logged back in and my primalist was back to normal form however, I had none of my skills on my hotbar. This has happened two or three times since experimenting with this build.
Could you upload your log file, plus a screenshot (Imgur.com is your friend) of the skill specialisation & a note of which nodes your removed that gave the error?

Same happened for me while in werebear form, action bar blank after some skill point removal, was needed to log out , log in and manual reassign the skills on bar
