Ok so it is really rare, i have around 400monos and 100 around on 200coruption and so far didnt find any dupe
Edited: i have all 3 versions of new unique relic what i hate is that chase on it is basicaly u are chasing for that +6 base crit increase not for an item itself (i found 2 dups as well) max i got plus 4 on crit
Itās a Catalyst, not a relic 
And having roll ranges, on rolls that are important for the item is one of the thigns that I really do like, since you first want to find the item in the first place and then you want to find a as perfect as possible version.
I really do like that Item chase.

One thing to mention on it they are not proportional fair rng rolls, in 20 implicit reroll of unread scroll i didnt get even 1 time for it to go on plus 6. I assume unique version is playing the same. Thats the place from where my complain is comming
Only a dev can answer that, but I am fairly certain that, when a unique or Item drops, the chances for all roll ranges is the same.
Only Runes Of Shaping have a line, that explicitly states, having a moderate roll is more likely.
But while we are at this topic.
I also do like, that uniques in LE canāt be re-rolled, this makes Uniques, even the medicore ones way more exciting, when you actually get a really good rolled one.
What I donāt like is that, as all my last characters are Solo, the items are all split.
I wouldnt want uniques to be rerolled by any means 100percent, only thing im troubled is chance to roll that plus6 based on my experience. The line from the rune means i have higher chance to get moderate roll but i got less. As well when i do use rune of removal i have noticed based on more than 100exalted items that chance for t6 or t7 to remain is a lot less than 50percent. Yes devs are only ones who can answer on this onem
You can transfer your solo character to normal and take your inventory with you in the process
This is way too much of a topic forr this thread, but the whole crafting system and RNG thing got discussed hundred of times before and we jsut recently got Rune Of Removal with equal chances.
But anything that is RNG related always feels, that itās not in your favour, because you will remember the bad experiences more than the good ones.
I am very certain, that the crafting system and all itās RNG is jsut working fine, itās just in your head
Sure, but I want them to remain solo. Unless I find something I really MUST build around, of course!
I do not agree with, its a simple math, evwry item was exiciting to me for rune of removal since im using it only for items that improvement for my current character. It is your thread ao i will not type about it further

I already found every new unique in 083, except 3.
One of them I am actively farming for, but I am extremely unlucky with that one.
After I acquired them I will startk building around most of them, as I already have theory crafted builds for basically all uniques, that have some build defining effect.

im missing 5 or 6 of tham but moat of them that im missing are boss drops since i am now farming for blessins not for uniques. Have u found ravenous void gloves this one is a must for me.
