There are two ways, both are basic windows features:
-
Press Print (top right, besides the F12 key), this will capture your entire screen (including multiple monitors, if you have any)
-
Windows Key + Shift + S: This will open the snipping tool, then you can select a specific area of your screen.
Both methods will put the image in your clipboard as a png file
There is also external software, with some more advanced feature, but the snipping tool also has a functionality of editing your image before saving or copying into somwhere else.

In case you are using steam, there would be another option.
Steam does have a screenshot functionality which will automatically save the file in the steam screenshot folder of your game.
I am not 100% sure, but I think the default Hotkey for Steam Screenshot is F12, I might be mistaken, since i changed that.
How are u doing it?

best way is to use Imgur: The magic of the Internet
You can even use that without creating an account.
You can then copy the direct or album link from a post.
I would prefer having each item individually psoted with their direct links.
