Enemies hit by the Swipe that procs Spirit Wolves are not hit/damaged by the spirit wolves themselves.

Equipped “minions have chance to bleed on hit”, swiped a single target dummy with spirit wolves visually hitting 3 target dummies. The one target dummy hit by Swipe never gets hit by the spirit wolves or procs bleed:

Swiped all 3 target dummies with bleed still equipped, spirit wolves visually hits all the target dummies but no target dummy gets damaged by the spirit wolves or affected by bleed:
