When leveling up Spirit Plague, the “Rotten to the Core” spec has the “0/5” and the icon flipped. It also is not clickable in this state so spec-ing into that ability is not possible.

Same thing is happening for me.
Same here as well; cannot interact with it it at all, and thus cannot interact with anything past the ability either.

This is still bugged even after the most recent patch. the 5 is backwards and reversed 5/0. You cannot hover over it, nor allocate any points to it. This is preventing my build!
