What were you doing at the time?
After latest patch i played some echoes and when I got “kill the spire” one I could not find any on the map. It happend on bone and fire spire variant.
How consistently does this happen?
Every echo with spire objective

Hey… Welcome to the forums…
I have experienced this a few times when the Spire locations dont show up when the map loads… Every time this happened I had to explore the map - sometimes walking over the entire map killing everything and then out of the blue the marker would appear and then you can backtrack and complete the echo… It doesnt happen often to me and not yet on the new MoF maps…
Just as a precaution… please make sure to verify your game files via Steam and see if that makes any difference.
