Spires are placed below buildings in monoliths and not targetable (0.8.5c)

Just finished a soul spire echo in the “Jagged Outskirt”. One of the spires was placed in the elevated house on the northwest of the map and only the top of the spire was protruding through the floor. First I thought that it was just shrunk (lol) but the other spire (placed outside of a building) was fine.
It was affected by AoE spells but I am also quite sure that it was not targetable by skills (can’t say for sure cause I am playing a spellblade AoE build, but it felt like the mana strike effects didn’t proc). Sadly, I destroyed it before I could take a screenshot.

Encountered the same bug. Skills able to reach the spire below the building are the following for sentinel: smite, warpath and lunge. Lunge makes you go below the building, hit the spire, and then stand on top of the spire on the floor of the building.
