Where can I see how much Spell Penetration my character has?
And why is an in game term banned from in game chat?
It’s not currently shown in the character sheet. They’ve said they intend to update it at some point, to include more information in greater detail.
Because they have a very weird list of censored words. Anything that could refer to something naughty in other contexts I guess.
Yeah, it’s a bit excessively broad. Especially when it includes in-game terms (penetration).
We mean type penetration right? Like necrotic, fire, etc…? Spell Penetration or Penetration with Spells doesn’t exist to my knowledge.
Yea I mean elemental spell penetration, so for instance the passive called Shamanic Infusion in the Primalist>Shaman tree. It modifies a variety of penetrations, but the tooltip just says “Penetration: %”
Anyone know of a way I can “visualize” how penetration stats modify my damage output?
Penetration is a multiplicative modifier (though it’s additive with resist shred), so 10% penetration is 10% more damage.
