I speak about going with Devouring Orb, Anomaly, Sigils of hope at same time, you have to cast again and again, interrupting movement, you die sometimes causes you are casting 1 of those, because you have to… really its a pain, I think would be nice to improve this, casting spells dont interrupt movement, only that… Thanks in advance, and thanks for your really amazing game…

Could be considered as bufss, or something, for example smite is spell and interrup, but don´t the others…
I don’t think it is an issue of each of these skills individually. It is that you took 3 skills, that all have a cast time and all of them you need to use somewhat infrequently and none of them is a true “Main/Spammer” Skill.
Sigil of Hope is in this state for the longest time, but it is just so good that too many builds want to take it.
You could make Sigils an Instant Cast for more Mana Cost (at the left of the skill tree), This would make the issue slightly less worse.
I agree, some spells do need some love and the ability to be cast without instantly, even if it takes a couple of points to specialize them in the tree.
This comes with a cd and makes the skill even worse from my point of view.
Well, for example in poe Im sorry speaking another game here but is a nice example, in POE, you have the option to shot in place if you want or to shot and walk (this is not the case), but a nice example is Molten Shell, you can cast it without interruption, its a nice option.
