Hi there, I’ve encountered a strange bug wherein every single specialized skill has stopped gaining XP at the exact same place. LVL 18, just shy of reaching the first bar. If I de-level a skill (only tested taking one point out) it will gain XP again, but then halt at level 18, at the same place.
Leveling skills will slow down by a large margin at level 18 and 19 and 20 until you hit certain character level so you will gain accelerated XP
Not a bug, you’re probably just too low level for them to level up.
Foe and Llama are correct. Skill specialization levels slow down at lv18, if it appears that your skills are not leveling it is because you are in a zone that doesn’t give enough to see a visual change.

Ah, got’cha! Sorry for the false alarm. I’m level 64, unlocked the level 70 monolith, and did a few runs. I thought something was wrong because they leveled so consistently before that point.
