South African - Servers

I know that it was said that South Africa might potentially get servers for this great game. I was curious if there has been any official news regarding this?

I have played Rogue a bit lately online and the movement skills do feel a bit weird with a ping of 208ms to EU West.

I would also like to know more about this I have a rogue that get stuck in animations all too often
