Just a PSA in case it happens to others. Currently after killing the Lich in the dungeon I cannot progress to the gambler. The quest still says that I need to search for the Lich and I am stuck in the boss room until I TP out. I tried this on all four dungeon levels after validating my game files(because after the new patch in the dungeon most mobs including the boss were invisible…). Did send an in game report
