Was in a group of 3. They killed the first few mobs so I had embers and hitting D did nothing. I just ran hoping it would swap and nothing, just died and got booted from the dungeon.
I think you might want to edit the thread name 'cause it refers to the wrong dungeon.
Also, when did this occur (time and timezone) and can you upload your log.

I do not see a log in the character folder for this. All I see are beta characters that can be loaded up to show gear / spec.
My apologies, at this point I had restarted due to lost connections and crashing a few more times. I will keep this in mind as this test goes on.
