After killing the Lich the dungeon ‘quest’ doesn’t register the kill, and I am unable to progress to the section with the vendor.

Also, the forum won’t let mu upload the log file

Dungeon unable to Ending.1x losing Server second Area = lost 1 Key
Second try,losing Server by Boss (90% Down) = losing next Key

This just happened to me, too. Soulfire Bastion Tier 2, killed him really quickly with Falconer build after getting new loot. Quest didn’t update, couldn’t walk through the door to the gamblor.

Same issue here. Several keys lost and not letting through after killing the boss

I’ve had something similar happen several times with T4 soulfire basion. I kill the lich and the quest does not update, but I am able to get to the soul gambler. However, the lich does not appear to be dropping loot appropriately – in 3 or so kills I haven’t even gotten an exalted item, and the most recent kill he dropped two whites and two blues (not even a rare!).
