The tool tip says it requires 20 points to be allocated in acolyte base passives. I have 22 with no items boosting any skills, but can not unlock the skill.
Any idea what I am missing?
You’re missing the fairly prominent line that contains 4 dots in the middle, between Soul Aegis and the talent you have to put points into before you can access it.
