Sorcerer Mastery bug

What was observed?

  1. Reach End of Time on a mage
  2. Observe tooltip DPS of Glacier (602)
  3. Specialize in Sorcerer mastery
  4. Observe tooltip dps again (still 602)
  5. Glacier has a mana cost of 11

I have not confirmed wether this is merely a tooltip bug or if the mana cost to damage portion of the mastery does in fact straight up not work.
