Probably a silly question, but why do quite a few hammerdin builds use the Soothing Balm node in Smite when there is a point in the Desperate Measures node? Doesn’t the Desperate Measures node cancel out any healing? I must be missing something pretty easy… If anyone has some advice, let me know!
Only when you’re at or below zero mana when you cast it.
