So after putting 8 points in floral ascendance (96% more spell damage) and 2 points in vale barrage and 1 point in vale assault (60% less damage for a net of 36% more spell damage) my damage per hit drops to 15 tops per shot.
My spriggan completely unspecced does around 35 damage per shot. Something is wrong.
