Some user experience improvements

I had posted this on the Discord channel earlier, but I wasn’t sure how many eyes would get on it. After some time with multiplayer, I came up with some suggestions I’d like to drop in:

  • Weapons that can only be equipped in the main hand should say so in their text instead of just saying “one hand.” WoW does this pretty well, for example.
  • Show player names over their “arrow” on the map.
  • Allow me to disable damage numbers from other players and only see my own damage.
  • Make buyback “history” longer.
  • Add an item locking/favoriting feature to items to prevent players from accidentally selling them.
  • Add a junk-marking/selling feature to make it easier to bulk sell items.
  • I’m only Lv. 40, but I feel like shards should go directly into the crafting inventory and not touch the standard inventory space. I don’t really see the point of the extra step of transferring them.
  • I feel like refreshing the gambling inventory should probably be free. I’m already blowing loads of money on it. Throw me a bone, here!

All weapons can only be equipped in the main hand unless you have a dual wield node allocated and the tooltip would become pretty unwieldy if it had to specify the classes/masteries that could dw them with the requisite passive.

Because the devs view them as items, or psedo-items.
