I’m about to buy the game and i wanted to go all in with Ardent Archon. But i thought maybe i can start with the base game to see how i enjoy it and later move up.
Q1 - So the question is then, is it possible to upgrade the level ?
Q2 - Can the game be played offline as well? Or is it only online (even campaign)
Q3 - As above, is there a online / offline character mode?
Q4 - As the game is not final, how often are the characters wipe? looking historically so to say.
I dont have a ton of time so my gaming time is not as it used to and i dont like seeing my character start from 0 to often. I know the game is in beta and all so i get it but just curious how it works right now.
Will the character be totally wiped? like level 1 or just the stats resetted (this is ok if latter)?
currently Ardent Archon Supporter Pack is out of order. Too many people bought it and the devs have to create alot of uniques for them (i think that was the reason)
Q1: Yes you can upgrade supporter packs
Q2: Currently it’s offline. When multiplayer arrives, you can play both offline and online.

Q4: There are currently no wipes. Once multiplayer arrives, every player starts fresh in online mode, but you can continue with your offline chars you are leveling right now. Also once they implement seasons/circles/leagues you start fresh inside that league, similar to arpgs like PoE or D3. But you will be able to play standard mode with your old chars.
Yes, currently all saves are local, you do need an internet connection to log in, but after that it can be played offline (without chat), they also plan to support offline play along with Multiplayer (when it is released)
There will be, any current characters made will only be available offline though when Multiplayer is released
What we know so far, you will start from scratch when multiplayer is released, however, the stance is not to do any character wipes if at all possible

Installation location selection: why did it not ask me where to install the game? i have a folder on my D: for games and it automatically put it under c:\program files …
Health potion usage: when already full health a bottle is used still, a bit strange…
Help/tips window disappears to fast, where can i see it again? I dont read that fast
When the talk options are exhausted (all options selected), they should be sort of shown, the “…” should move away.
I was expecting more real talk from the people in town atleast in the starting area…

Q: i bought game from steam, and only later noticed that i should have or later get the mtx points and a pet? Will I get those with “cosmetic store later”
When i look at pets it says “pet now owned”. No pets are owned but i should be able to have the basic one.
The basic purchase of the game (regardless of where that it from) gets the base number of points/cosmetics/etc. The pet you can access now (I want to say that’s one of the options at the top of the inventory) the cosmetic points will be applied when they create the cosmetic store.
Strange. The question was already asked several times, and each time the player actually had one pet unlocked. If you don’t, you should open a Support ticket.
