Some monolith quest echoes offline won't load

I’m trying to do The Caldera of Souls offline and it won’t load, I’ve had issues on some of my other characters with other quest echoes but I’ve been able to enter some of the other quest echoes. Normal Monolith nodes seems to work fine.

I have verified my files and steam found no corrupt files.
I restarted the game and went for the quest echo immediatly to minimize the fluff in the log file.

I play offline for now as stated in the subject.

I’m having pretty much the same issue. For me I always get stuck in the loading screen when I enter a quest echo first thing after logging into the game. Loading a normal echo and and exiting usually fixes it.
