Hello,
I just created a Lootfilter and thought about some changes that might increase the viability and flexibility even more.
I scrooled through the last 30 to 45 days of suggestions and saw only 1-2 of my points already suggested:
- Lootfilter for inventory/Shop (already mentioned multiple times, the last one from MadScientist 18 Days ago)
Create the possibility to either be able to use specific rules for the shop as well or just execute the whole Lootfilter in the Inventory/Store. This could even be a toggle like X in the normal maps.
As to how it should be used in the Shop/Inventory → You could make a little coloured Triangle in one of the portrait corners to convey the highlighting information from the rules.
2.) If you choose multiple types of armor/weapon let the corresponding subtypes be choosable as well
Currently if you choose a type you can select the corresponding subtypes and the rule works. But if you choose two types (like 1h Swords and Daggers) you cant select any subtypes (greyed out). Use Case would be for a Dual Wield Rogue that uses a Sword and a Dagger and they could share the same affixes or a collection of severl. Instead of making 2 rules you could just make 1 rule for both subtype selections (e.g. Katana and Obsidian Dagger).
3.) Make a connection to the current Shard inventory
With the possibility of shattering an item for a random selection of its affix shards it would be nice to have a stockpile on each specific affix. With that being said a connection to the current inventory of affix shards and the item affixes could result in a dynamic filter that shows items that have an affix of which the shard inventory is currently low (like <30). With that it would be easier to target farm multiple affixes as long as your stash is low.
4.) Add a possibility to add a filter on the roll itself
This change would be targeted for idols, where the stat possibilities are not so high and rare (at least for the generla ones) but the actual roles are more important.
Thats mostly because of the frequency of drops. I would suggest to add a feature were you could either set the percentage of a single or all rolls.
Example: I set the filter that it should alert at 90% and higher. Therefore when a idol with 18 out of 20 will be highlighted, 17/20 would not be highlighted.
