Some areas are increadibly unnoptimized even before combat

I can just teleport around to diferent areas and some are unplayable even with everything on very low

Welryn outskirts is between 4-15 fps when the rest of the areas are at more than 60

I will edit this post with more areas If i find them but I’m at the start of the game
