Solved:
I didn’t know you had to exit game to reset interface option.
Which of the 3 loot affix display options do you have ticked? I’m not at my pc at the moment, but I thought the options were something like, short, long & very long (the latter is the one you need to display the name for all affixes on an item).
If the problem isnt the option you chose, uploading your log files would probably help.
