Hey! I’m a new player and created my character the day before multiplayer patch went live (offline hardcore, died and kept playing). Upon completing all of the normal monoliths (killing their bosses, some multiple times) I was finally ready for empowered. I went to the island between 3 top level 90 monoliths to activate a device and… there is nothing. No object to interact, no cutscenes, no empowered monoliths.
I have completed all of the available quests, all monoliths (you can see that I got all blessings on one of the screenshots).
