Just doing Fall of the Outcasts (level 55) to try out the new system and I’ve done 12 echoes and have 220 stability. It says the 2nd quest echo is still locked even though I’m well past the 120 stability to unlock it. Am I missing something here or is the grind really that long?
You need to do the first quest echo as well as have sufficient stability to unlock the second quest echo.
