Its very disappointing that the game launched with this class being in this state.
Just frustrating to come across completely broken skill passives with this class.
And yes, Ive bug reported all of the ones Ive come across, some of them multiple times.
Just makes for a sad state for this class in the meantime, amongst everything else.
Can you list them? I want to know, as I have a Bear Druid and I’ve been seeing wonky stuff.
It’s not exclusive to primalist 
There is a ton of broken passives and skills in all classes. Think it just feels worse with primalist because passives and skills are generally underperforming compared to the other classes.
