In the skill description it says that it grants a chance to Howl when you kill an enemy.
Then it also says that “Howl increased melee damage”, does that only refers to the Howls on your kills or any Howl even on wolves kill?
Any howls, it buffs all howls be it through wolf kills, on hit procs from the right side of that branch, and pressing the buff.
