As described in this thread here, my cold resistance does not change when I hit an enemy with cold snap (I only get the 10% increase on cooldown from the node before that):
I also don’t get any indication if the cold resistance of the enemy is reduced and I am only not getting that resistance, or if nothing is happening at all. No aligment symbol or similar on the enemy.
If I dislike one thing about LE then it is all those skill bugs, so many are broken. So bad to know that you played for weeks and weeks with skill points that are potentially not doing anything. Hope this gets fixed and clarified soon, the first bug report is 3.5 years old…
