Snap Freeze lost all points, but cannot be respecced

I was specced into Snap Freeze before the patch, it was level 18 and all points were spent. Now, after the patch, neither node has any points in it and it shows 18 spare points, as if we got a free respec. However, I cannot add points to nodes, as if those nodes either do not have their requirements met or are already maxed (but neither of these conditions is met).

Edit: Re-logging did not help.

I am having a similar problem with snap freeze. I am a new player and noticed I couldn’t specialize into the skill like all of my other hot bar skills. This is unfortunate because it’s my core cc
