Smoke Bomb - Dark Quiver cast - Black arrows sometimes don't appear

I have problems with Dark Quiver where sometimes Black Arrows do not appear after using it.
After several tests i figured out that when i cast Smoke Bomb first and then Dark Quiver quickly after it that the whole casting animation for both skills work, but the arrows do not disappear on the ground.
