Hello,
On the ruined coast map just before going from ground to wooden boats there are crates outside the map under a boat further in the map that makes smite teleport you to it with the teleport node on it, here a screenshot of me underneath the boat with items dropped by the crates just before me. I got out just after thanks to mobs not being too far from here though.
Reproduction steps are having the teleport node on smite and holding smite hovering around till it magnets to an out of map breakable, here under the boat, as I was trying to hover on a mob to teleport on the boat.
