Smite-Teleport Out of Bounds

I often Smite-Teleport out of Bounds, I got 2 examples here,
first Image is me Outside the Map, Minimap Icon is out of the Map Area, a Phax mob was flying outside so I could teleport there.
second image is me “under” the forge, Minimap Icon is right ontop.
Both times I used Smite Descend to teleport, Smite with Descend ignores LoS
