Issue
Smite is not proccing the correct amount of lightning bolts. Smites cast by judgement are also not proccing the correct amount.
I’m using 1 point in Unbalanced Scale and 0 points in Wandering Bolts. I have Judgement setup to cast smites. I’m using void smite.
Expectations
When casting Smite, I would have expected to see 3 lightning bolts.
When casting Judgement, I would have expected to see up to 12 lightning bolts, depending if multiple bolts can hit the same target.

Edit - I think there is a similar thing where only 1 fissure is being casted with judgement. Not sure if this is intended. - YouTube
