Smelter's Wrath Bolster Node not working properly for years

What went wrong?
At Smelter’s Wrath skill, a node named Bolster is not working for endurance threshold.
This bug was reported for years but not fixed.

For visual clarify, Equipping “Wall of Nothing” to show ward changing from endurance threshold but no effect while channeling.
