Cooldown states 6.2 secs with and without the node. I cast warcry directly after to see if was just not updating the visual duration. But after testing against warcry with and without the passive it is clearly having no effect on the cooldown. Tested fury leap to see if that part functions, and it does work for for fury leap.

Though the 6.2 cd for crowstorm is if you have other cdr like from the node that rduces its cd
