Ugh…so I hate to report this since it really makes things a bit more fun but…
On my shaman, I had previously specced into frenzy totem for my totem build. After the patch, frenzy totem remains on my bar and it’s skill is still fully skilled in my skill section. So long as I don’t remove it from my bar, I can keep it and mess around with it as a shaman (I expect the same for druid). Testing it on another shaman with it, if you remove it from your bar you still have the skill fully specced but you can’t access it anymore.
Suggestion:
Remove and refund skills, or skills that are > lvl 25 as that is the cutoff now.
