Hello!
Every time i log in my skills are 21-22 some 20. (normaly would be all 19 without gear) but when i add a skill point to any of those upped skills by gear they go from 21-22 to 19 and lose some random allocated point which is kind of frustrating.
im guessing/hoping lvl 20 skills will fix this but im not there yet.
so in simple stats
login with lvl 21 skill → allocating a skill point resets it to 19 → confusion.
