When viewing skills I often have any extra info that needs a 2nd tooltip appear behind the current tooltip making it unreadable. I have discovered that if I hold alt and go from another skill to the skill in question it will then be readable but if I just click alt while already looking at the skill it will always appear behind it.
I included my resolution just in case that is effecting it. You can see when I hold alt in the video and go from one skill to the next it is fine but that when I only use alt on the skill it always appears behind it. This happens for many skills for me not just this one.
